Where are you located?
We currently have two locations: Logan Square & River North. For additional address info please visit the 'Locations' page.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do! For delivery please click the store link closest to you. For delivery from our ‘Logan Square’ location, please visit our page on UberEats. For delivery from our ‘River North’ location, please visit our page on UberEats.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Sorry… It's 2021 and we don’t take phone orders :/ But you can place all orders online for both pick and delivery!
What are your hours?
We’re open daily from 10am to 5am, seven (7) days a week.
Do you have parking available?
Our River North location has plenty of street parking available, depending on the time of day. Parking meters on both Chicago Ave and LaSalle Dr. Logan Square has parking availability behind the store, as well as limited street parking.
Where is my order? I’m missing an item.
For all orders placed through bigwigtacos.com, please visit the ‘CONTACT US’ page. For orders placed through our delivery partners, please contact them directly for assistance or via the app.

Can I get a refund for my order?
For issues on an order you purchase in-store, please visit the store where you placed your order.
For issues with an order on bigwigtacos.com, please reach us via the ‘Contact Page’ with your Ticket # or Order # and someone will reach out to you as soon as possible. Please allow ample time for someone to respond as soon as possible. We are currently experiencing high volumes.
Orders placed through 3rd parties can only be refunded by the company the order was placed through i.e. UberEats, Doordash, GrubHub, or Postmates.
Do you have outdoor/patio seating?
You can enjoy outdoor seating at our Logan Square location. River North does not offer outdoor seating.
Can I place a Catering Order?
Absolutely! For faster service, please reach us via the ‘Contact Us’ form with the some basic info. To better assist you, we’ll need a minimum of 48 hrs in most cases along with the following:
- Catering Event
- DateHow many people will you feed
- Will you need a pick up or delivery catering order
- The address in case of delivery

Do you have gluten free options available?
Yes, we do! All our menu items are GLUTEN-FREE except any item with a FLOUR tortilla. We have two (2) items that use flour tortillas: 1) Burritos and 2) Quesadillas. Everything else is 100% Gluten Free.
NOTE: Torta bread, for use at our Logan Square location, is also not Gluten Free.
Do you have vegan options available?
Absolutely! All our Vegetarian options are 100% Vegan, including our Rice, Beans, Guacamole, and Chips! Everything Vegetarian = 100% Vegan at Big Wig Tacos.
