Tacos & Burritos Hot Off The Grill
At Big Wig Tacos, our day starts early, at six in the morning. By mid-afternoon, we're already hard at work cleaning and preparing our USDA Choice inside skirt steak. We carefully season and tenderize it, making sure every cut is perfect.
What sets us apart is our commitment to grilling our steak over an open flame, rather than using a flat top, which is more common in traditional taco places. This technique gives our steak and chicken tacos a unique smokiness that’s reminiscent of grilling in your backyard, bringing out flavors that can't be achieved on a flat top.
The result? A taco or burrito that’s worth the extra effort. Every bite bursts with the rich, smoky flavor that only comes from cooking over an open flame.
